1. Who we are
Junetra Study is an online education support provider registered at 1030 S Broadway, Lexington, KY 40504, USA. We operate exclusively online. All references to "we", "us" and "our" in this document mean Junetra Study. References to "you", "your" and the "client" mean the individual or organisation ordering services from us, and, where the learner is a minor, the parent or legal guardian who places and pays for the order.
2. What we provide
We supply education support services. Depending on what you order, that may include online study support sessions, digital learning materials, virtual tutoring support, academic planning assistance, remote skill-development sessions and educational content creation. The current published rates are $35 per 60-minute Online Study Support session, $40 per 60-minute Virtual Tutoring Support session, $45 per 60-minute Remote Skill-Development Session, from $69 per set of Digital Learning Materials, from $79 per Academic Planning Assistance plan, and from $149 per Educational Content Creation project. Rates described as "from" are starting points; the final figure is set in your written scope.
Every service is delivered remotely. Live sessions run over a video conferencing platform. Written deliverables are supplied as digital files. Nothing we sell requires you to attend a physical location, and no service is delivered in person.
3. What we do not provide
This is the most important clause in this document, and we would rather you read it before you pay than afterwards. Junetra Study does not provide:
- accredited degrees, diplomas or academic awards of any kind;
- official certifications, licences or professional qualifications;
- licensed professional education or regulated vocational training;
- guaranteed grades, examination results, admissions outcomes or career outcomes;
- in-person tuition, classroom instruction or on-site training;
- legal, medical, financial, immigration or psychological advice.
We are not a school, a college, a university, an awarding body or an accrediting organisation, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with any such institution unless we say so explicitly in writing. Nothing you receive from us is a credential, and nothing we produce may be presented as one.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with us. Learners under 18 may receive services only where a parent or legal guardian places the order, accepts these Terms on the learner's behalf, provides consent for the sessions to take place and remains contactable throughout the engagement. We may ask for confirmation of guardian consent before a session is scheduled and may decline or cancel an order where that confirmation is not provided.
5. Enquiries, scope and formation of the contract
Sending an enquiry through the website does not create a contract and does not oblige either party to anything. After receiving an enquiry we reply with a written scope setting out what will be delivered, what falls outside the service, the timeline and the price. A contract is formed only when you accept that scope in writing and, where required, pay the invoice associated with it.
We may decline an enquiry without giving a reason. In practice, we decline requests that fall outside our services, requests we do not have the subject capacity to support well, and any request that would involve producing work for submission as the client's own.
6. Scheduling, attendance and rescheduling
Live sessions are booked for an agreed date and time and last 60 minutes unless the written scope says otherwise. You are responsible for attending on time and for having a working internet connection, a device capable of running the agreed video platform, and the study material the session concerns.
Where you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time and the full fee applies. Where we are late or cannot deliver a session, we will reschedule it at no cost or refund the fee for that session, at your option. Rescheduling requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Fees and payment
Prices are quoted in United States dollars and exclude any taxes or bank charges that may apply to your payment method. Sessions are payable in advance. Written deliverables are payable as set out in the accepted scope, which may require full payment in advance or a deposit followed by a balance on delivery. Detailed payment terms, accepted methods, invoicing and late payment are set out in our Payment Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation windows, rescheduling rules, refund eligibility and the treatment of part-completed written work are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. That policy forms part of this agreement, and where it conflicts with a general statement in these Terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy prevails on refund matters.
9. Your responsibilities
Education support works only when the client participates. You agree to provide accurate information about the subject, level and deadline; to supply any syllabus, brief or source material the work depends on; to respond to reasonable questions from us within a timeframe that keeps the work on schedule; and to review deliverables and raise concerns promptly rather than at the end of a term.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the material you send us. Where a deliverable is built on information you supplied and that information turns out to be incomplete or incorrect, revisions to correct it are treated as new work and may be chargeable.
10. Academic integrity
Our services are intended to help you learn, plan and improve your own work. They are not intended to replace it. You may not use anything we provide to commit academic misconduct. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
- submit our materials, notes, drafts or outlines as your own graded work;
- ask us to complete an assignment, dissertation, thesis or coursework for submission;
- ask us to sit, attend or assist in a test, quiz, examination or proctored assessment;
- share your institutional login credentials with us or ask us to access a learning platform on your behalf;
- request work designed to evade plagiarism detection or academic-integrity systems.
We decline requests of this kind. Where we discover that a service has been used in this way, we may terminate the engagement immediately, withhold outstanding deliverables and refuse future orders. Fees already paid for work properly performed are not refundable in those circumstances. You remain solely responsible for complying with the academic integrity rules of your own institution, which take precedence over anything we say.
11. Deliverables and your licence to use them
On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the deliverables prepared for you for your own personal study or, in the case of educational content projects, for the internal instructional purpose described in the scope. Unless the scope expressly assigns ownership to you, we retain copyright in the materials we create. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or sub-licence them. Full terms, including our position on templates, methods and pre-existing materials, are in the Intellectual Property Policy.
12. Acceptable use
Your use of the website, of any session and of any material we provide is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In summary: do not misuse the website, do not abuse or harass anyone delivering a session, do not record sessions without written consent, and do not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
13. Third-party platforms
Sessions are delivered through third-party video conferencing tools, payments are handled by third-party processors, and this website runs on third-party hosting and commerce infrastructure. We choose these providers carefully, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their availability, their terms or their own handling of your data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms as well as ours.
14. No warranty as to outcomes
We take care over the quality of what we deliver, and we stand behind the scope we agreed. We do not, and cannot, warrant any academic outcome. Grades, marks, pass rates, admissions decisions, scholarship decisions, employment results and personal performance depend on your own work, your institution's assessment criteria, and circumstances outside anyone's control. Any statement about typical progress, whether on this website, in a testimonial or in correspondence, is a description of an individual experience and not a promise of a result. This is set out further in the Educational Services Disclaimer.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junetra Study is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, including loss of academic opportunity, loss of a place on a programme, loss of profit, loss of data or reputational harm, arising out of or connected with the services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a given engagement, whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you actually paid us for that engagement in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Junetra Study harmless against any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of your institution's academic integrity rules, or your unlawful or unauthorised use of anything we supply.
17. Suspension and termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate services immediately, without refund of fees for work already properly performed, where you breach the academic integrity clause, breach the Acceptable Use Policy, abuse or threaten a member of our team, or fail to pay an invoice that is properly due after a reminder.
18. Changes to the services and to these Terms
We may change our service list, our rates and these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the change is published on this page. They do not retrospectively alter a scope you have already accepted and paid for. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when this version took effect. Continuing to use the website or placing a new order after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Force majeure
We are not liable for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or power outages, failures of third-party platforms, illness, natural events, industrial action or governmental action. Where such an event prevents a session, we reschedule it or refund it.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Junetra Study submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.
Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute directly by written correspondence for a period of at least thirty days.
21. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent; we may assign ours as part of a business transfer. These Terms, together with the accepted written scope and the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Junetra Study and supersede any prior discussion or representation.

Questions about these Terms should be sent to the details below, which are provided as plain text.
