1. The general rule
Use the website and the services for what they are for: learning, planning study, building academic skills and commissioning educational content. Do not use them to break the law, to break your institution's rules, to harm anyone, or to take something that is not yours. Everything below is an application of that rule.
2. Prohibited use of the website
You must not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, its databases or any account that is not yours;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent its security or authentication measures;
- introduce malware, viruses, worms, logic bombs, or any other harmful code;
- launch a denial-of-service attack, or deliberately overload the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site by automated means;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of anything we run;
- frame, mirror or republish the site or substantial parts of it;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the site;
- impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person, institution or organisation;
- use the contact form to send spam, advertising, chain messages or bulk solicitation.
3. Prohibited academic use
This is the section that matters most for a business like ours. You must not use our services to commit academic misconduct. Specifically, you must not:
- submit our materials, notes, outlines or drafts as your own graded work;
- ask us to write an assignment, essay, dissertation, thesis or coursework for submission;
- ask us to take, attend, join or assist in a test, quiz, examination or proctored assessment;
- give us your institutional login credentials, or ask us to access a learning management system, student portal or examination platform on your behalf;
- ask us to produce work designed to defeat plagiarism detection or academic-integrity systems;
- ask us to falsify a reference, a transcript, a certificate or an attendance record;
- misrepresent the level or the nature of the help you received to an institution that asks.
We refuse requests of this kind. We do not quote for them, we do not negotiate on them, and we do not make exceptions for a tight deadline. Junetra Study helps you produce your own work; it does not produce it for you.
4. Conduct during sessions
Live sessions are a professional environment. Everyone taking part — the learner, anyone the learner invites, and the person delivering the session — is entitled to be treated with courtesy. You must not:
- harass, threaten, insult, demean or intimidate anyone;
- use discriminatory, hateful or abusive language, including language directed at race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
- make sexual advances or sexual comments of any kind;
- attend a session while behaving in a way that makes it unsafe or impossible to deliver;
- record, screenshot, stream or transmit a session without our written consent;
- invite an undisclosed third party to a session, or allow one to observe without telling us.
A session may be ended immediately, without refund, where this clause is breached. Our team is instructed to end sessions rather than tolerate abuse, and that instruction will not be overridden by a client's fee.
5. Content you send us
You must not send us material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, infringing, confidential to someone else, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not send us institutional credentials, government identity numbers, medical records or financial account details — we do not need them and we will ask you to delete and resend the message.
6. Safeguarding and minors
Where the learner is under 18, the parent or legal guardian must place the order, consent to the sessions and remain contactable. We reserve the right to ask that a guardian be present or within reach during a session involving a young learner. Any conduct that raises a safeguarding concern will be escalated, and where there is a risk to a child we will contact the appropriate authorities. This overrides confidentiality.
7. Security of your own account and files
Keep your email account secure, and do not share access to the files we deliver with people who are not entitled to them. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to correspondence or deliverables from your engagement.
8. Monitoring
We do not monitor sessions covertly and we do not read client files for any purpose other than performing the service. We do keep ordinary security and access logs for the website, and we review correspondence where there is a specific reason to believe this policy has been breached.
9. Consequences of breach
Depending on what happened, we may: issue a written warning; end a session immediately; suspend an engagement; terminate an engagement without refunding work already properly performed; withhold undelivered deliverables; refuse to accept future orders from you; report the matter to an institution where we are required to; and report unlawful conduct to law enforcement. We may also pursue any remedy available to us in law.
Where an engagement is terminated for breach of this policy, no refund is due for services already delivered.
10. Reporting a breach
If you see something on this website that breaches this policy, or you experience conduct during a session that breaches it, tell us. Send a written report with the date, what happened and any supporting detail. We acknowledge every report within two business days, investigate it, and tell you the outcome unless doing so would compromise someone's privacy or safety.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the website or the services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
12. Contact
Reports and questions about acceptable use should be sent to the details below, which are provided as plain text.
