2. The address is not a classroom
1030 S Broadway, Lexington, KY 40504 is our registered business location. It is where legal notices and correspondence should be sent. It is not a teaching venue, not a walk-in office and not somewhere to bring a learner. Junetra Study operates fully online: every session runs over video, and every deliverable arrives as a digital file. We do not provide in-person training of any kind, at that address or anywhere else.
3. Hours
We read and answer messages Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern Time. Messages sent outside those hours, at weekends or on public holidays are picked up on the next business day.
Sessions themselves can be scheduled outside those hours where a tutor is available. Ask, and we will tell you honestly what we can offer rather than promising a slot we cannot staff.
4. Response times
- New enquiries — a reply with a realistic scope and a confirmed price, usually within one business day.
- Questions about an engagement in progress — acknowledged the same business day where possible, answered within one business day.
- Billing and invoice queries — within two business days.
- Refund requests — acknowledged within two business days, decided within five, as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Accessibility reports — acknowledged within two business days, substantive response within five.
- Privacy and data requests — acknowledged within five business days and completed within the period the applicable law requires.
5. What to include in a first message
The more of this you give us, the more useful the first reply is:
- the subject and the academic level;
- the deadline, or the date the term ends;
- which service you think you need, or a plain description if you are not sure;
- the part that keeps getting stuck — this matters more than anything else on the list;
- your time zone and rough availability, if you are asking about live sessions.
You do not need to prepare anything, take a test or attend an assessment call. There is no assessment fee, and there is no charge for the first reply.
6. What not to send
Please do not send us payment card details, institutional login credentials, government identity numbers, medical records or immigration documents. We do not need them to quote for work, we do not want them on our systems, and we will ask you to delete and resend a message that contains them.
7. Enquiries about an existing order
Quote the name the order was placed under and the date. That is enough for us to find it. If you are a parent or guardian asking about a learner's engagement, say so, and use the same email address the order was placed from — we will not discuss a learner's engagement with an address we cannot verify.
8. What we cannot help with
To save you a message: we do not issue degrees, certificates or credentials of any kind; we do not guarantee grades or admissions outcomes; we do not complete assignments or sit assessments; we do not access institutional accounts; and we do not provide legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. If your request falls into one of those categories, we will tell you in the first reply rather than quoting for it.
9. Legal notices
Formal legal notices, service of documents and copyright complaints should be sent in writing to the postal address above and, in parallel, to the email address above so that we see them quickly. A notice sent only through a social platform, a contact form or a message left with a third party is not validly served.
10. Privacy and data requests
Requests to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and any privacy complaint, should be sent to the same email address. Mark the subject line clearly so it is routed correctly. We will verify that the request comes from you before acting on it. The full picture of what we hold and why is in our Privacy Policy.
11. Accessibility requests
If you need a material in an alternative format, need a session delivered differently, or hit a barrier on this website, write to us and it will be handled as an accessibility request under our Accessibility Statement. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis and you will not be asked for evidence.
12. A note on links
We publish our contact details as plain text on purpose. Copy them into your own email client, phone or address book. We do not use click-to-email, click-to-call or embedded map links anywhere on this website.
