1. We provide support, not accreditation
Junetra Study is an online education support provider. We help learners organise their study, understand material they already have, build practical academic skills and produce structured learning resources. That is the entire scope of the business.
We are not a school, a college, a university, a training institute, an awarding body or an accrediting organisation. We hold no authority to examine, certify or qualify anyone. Nothing we produce is a credential, and nothing we produce may be presented as one.
2. What we explicitly do not provide
- Accredited degrees — no bachelor's, master's, doctoral or associate awards, and no academic credit recognised by any institution.
- Official certifications — no certificates of qualification, no professional licences, no industry credentials.
- Licensed professional education — no regulated training in law, medicine, nursing, accountancy, engineering, aviation, teaching or any other licensed profession.
- Guaranteed academic results — no promised grades, marks, pass rates, class ranks, admissions outcomes, scholarship results or employment outcomes.
- In-person training — no classroom instruction, no on-site tuition, no physical attendance of any kind. The address on this website is a registered business location, not a teaching venue.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that using our services will improve a grade, secure a place, pass an examination or change a career. We cannot, and any provider who says otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver.
Academic outcomes depend on your own preparation and effort, the assessment criteria your institution applies, the judgement of the person marking your work, the difficulty of the material, the time you have, and circumstances that neither of us controls. Our responsibility runs to the quality and scope of the support we agreed to provide — the session we ran, the materials we wrote, the plan we produced. It does not and cannot run to the result you receive afterwards.
4. Testimonials describe individual experiences
Any testimonial, review or case description on this website reflects one person's experience with one engagement. It is not a representative average, not a typical result and not a prediction of what will happen for you. We publish testimonials because they are honest, not because they are promises.
5. Our materials are educational, not professional advice
Nothing we produce is legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, psychological or career advice, and it must not be relied on as such. If a study topic touches those areas — a law module, a nursing case study, a finance assignment — our support concerns the study of the subject, not its application in real life. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
6. Accuracy of learning materials
We prepare materials carefully and against the syllabus and sources you supply. Even so, curricula are revised, editions change, institutions apply their own conventions, and subject matter is sometimes genuinely contested. Materials we produce are a study aid, not an authoritative statement of a discipline. You remain responsible for checking anything you rely on against your own institution's prescribed sources and current requirements.
Where you find an error in something we produced, tell us and we will correct it. That is the point of the revision rounds set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Academic integrity remains your responsibility
Our services are designed to help you produce your own work, and are not a substitute for it. We do not write assignments for submission, do not sit assessments, do not access institutional accounts and do not produce work intended to be passed off as a client's own.
The academic integrity rules of your school, college or university apply to you, they take precedence over anything we say, and complying with them is your responsibility alone. If you are unsure whether using an external study aid is permitted in your programme, ask your institution before you order, not after.
8. No institutional affiliation
Junetra Study is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any school, college, university, examination board, awarding body or accrediting agency. Where an institution, course or textbook is named in our materials, it is named for identification and study purposes only and implies no relationship of any kind.
9. Third-party resources
Materials may refer to books, articles, datasets, public resources and software produced by others. We do not control that content, we do not warrant its accuracy or availability, and referring to a resource is not an endorsement of it or of its publisher.
10. Availability of the website and the services
We aim to keep this website and our services available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hosting providers, video platforms and payment processors sometimes fail, and maintenance sometimes has to happen. Where a paid session cannot go ahead because of an outage, our Refund and Cancellation Policy governs what happens next.
11. Suitability
Our services are general education support. They are not a diagnostic service and they are not a substitute for specialist provision. If a learner requires assessment for a specific learning difference, clinical support, or statutory educational provision, that must come from a qualified professional or the relevant institution. We are glad to work alongside such provision; we cannot replace it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junetra Study accepts no liability for any academic, professional, financial or personal outcome arising from the use of our services or materials. Our overall liability is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update this disclaimer as our services change. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Using the website or ordering a service after a change means you accept the updated version.
14. Contact
If any part of this disclaimer is unclear, or you want to check whether a particular request falls inside our scope before you order, ask us using the details below, which are provided as plain text.
